After Hours Pick Up Procedure
If you wish to pick up materials and the office is closed you need to do the following
1.) If you have an existing house account and have picked up salt over the years – nothing - If you are a new account and/or new to getting sand or salt make sure the office knows and we will add you to our list
2.) If you pay by credit card you will need to put that on file with the office ahead of time.
3.) If you pay cash make sure you have a variety of bills as we don’t make change
4.) If you pay by check make sure your check has Name, Address – no PO Boxes – and all the information of the authorized signer (Complete Name, D.O.B., Drivers License Number, Phone Number) or bring a copy of their drivers license
We do not give receipts, when the office opens again they will enter into the system and e-mail receipts.
